With the development of the society economy, higher and higher layer buildings will flow out continuously. For raising the accuracy of the structure design, the Soil-structure interaction (SSI) is a factor that can't be neglected, and it has already become one of the research topics which attract researchers' attention extensively at home and abroad as well.Currently, it has had an extensive research on dynamic characters of Soil-structure interaction, and obtained some certain results. However, It is very complicated of soil-structure interaction, and It still has certain distance between the existing research method with engineering use. To build up a model, which is more similar to the actual engineering is one of the most valid methods in solving this problem.This text mainly discussed the dynamic characters of soil-structure interaction system. The structure model is built up by Canny which is designed by teacher Lee.Three- dimension elastic- plastic bar model which can simulate beam and calumniation's craze, yield, plastic district's creation, develop and non-linear shear is used to simulate the super- structure; Each independence foundation sees a quality particle, and horizontal and vertical springs and dampers below the base is used to simulate the contact between soil and base. Having considered the model's three- dimension elastic- plastic, not only this kind of method can simulate the actual structure, but also it is simple. A dynamic soil-structure interaction of a fifteen- story RC frame building is analyzed by utilizing the model established with the new method, through which effects of several factors, such as the foundation soil's shear wave speed, the base depth, the rigidity of super- structure, and the earthquake intensity to seismic response of the interaction system are evaluated. Analysis results show that roof displacement does not certainly increase with softer site or stronger rigidity of super-structure with soil-structure interaction taken into consideration, but softer site can decrease the seismic response, and augmenting the rigidity of super-structure may increase the shear force and the bending moment. It can set the structure steadier in the ground to increasing the buried depth of base, whereas its internal force and construction cost may also increase correspondingly. Moreover, in this paper we also build up a simple model to discuss the dynamic characters of pile-soil-structure interaction system, which is computed by Matlab language.
