Before corneal surgery for vision correction, the accurate corneal characteristic parameter is helpful to surgery scheme, simultaneously also can forecast and analyze the effect of surgery. Along with the development of digital image processing technology and computer analysis technology, gathering and analyzing corneal images to gain corneal characteristic information through the computer is possible.A slit lamp microscope gathering system is constructed, which can collect and replay images with computer to realize once or continue collecting images.On basis of analyzing and contrasting a few classic edge extraction algorithms, according to the characteristic of eye corneal images Canny edge detection algorithm is improved. The handling method that analyzes and processes the anterior eye segment images automatically is designed, detecting difference between cornea and reflection of light belt of iris. Clustering and fitting analysis method is brought forward, classifying distinguishing and fitting edge points; thereby the corneal data is realized to extract automatically.The paper has proposed an approach to realize registration of a series of images based on"head-hat law", realizing three-dimensional model reconstruction making use of the micro eye corneal slit images. Software for acquisition, analysis and 3D reconstruction system based on eye corneal images is developed on the basis of deep research.The systematic error analysis is processed at last. The paper has analyzed and summed up the source and solution affecting the error measuring accuracy, the constructive suggestion is submitted for the later systematic improvement. |
