The Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) is a special aircraft. Recently, Flight Control System (FCS) is more and more complex as the purpose and the function of UAV increase day by day. The dependability of Flight control computer (FCC) becomes more important because it's the core of FCS, so the check and maintenance of FCC is increasing rapidly. The hardware structure of subsystem of FCC is based on PC/104 and attaches on relevant function modules, which are stacked in FCC. These modules are self-stacked and have difficulties in check and maintenance. This paper pays attention to the limitation of difficulty of maintenance and improves hardware structure of PC/104 modules in FCC, and gives convenient maintenance advancement.Firstly this paper summarizes the relevant theory of the hardware, as well as introduces the information of PC/104 modules and the knowledge of Protel DXP software.Secondly the paper researches in how to get the schematic document and printed circuit board (PCB) in use of Protel DXP, and how to set up the schematic library and PCB library.Finally the paper carries through the effect forecast and discusses some issue.The structure of this paper is Chapter 1 is about introduction. Chapter 2 discusses the theory of hardware. Chapter 3 gives the design of FCC. Chapter 4 is about the effect forecast and some issue. And Chapter 3 is the domain part.
