| Since the competition in the world market for manufacturing industry has been intensifying tremendously in recent years, the concurrent mode has already been widely applied to the development of products to shorten the time to market in domestic and foreign enterprises, and also the network-based collaborative design has been the research focus of contemporary integrated manufacturing system. With the fast development of the information and network technologies, to reduce the cost of communication, consultation and cooperation among enterprises, many of them start to carry out the distributed collaborative product development and design along with partners, suppliers and customers, and comprehensively utilize the knowledge, resources and technologies among enterprises. Aiming at the quick changes of market and requirements of customers, the enterprises manage to promote their competitive ability by shortening the time to market.As a new product development mode in modern design community, CSCD (Computer Supported Collaborative Design) has already attracted extensive attention of the academia and business community all over the world. In the times of economy's more and more globalization,production collaborative design is more important. It plays an important role in improving the quality of production design, shortening the design periods of production, satisfying customer's incessant variational needs as maximum as possible.This thesis is based on the background of collaborative design system of product data management-TeamCenter. It discusses the relationship between product data management and collaborative design, and constructs collaborative design system based on the system of TeamCenter under the circumstance of network. The main contributions of the thesis may be summarized as follows:(1) Through the research to CSCD technology, the importance of CSCD for product designing is described. And the collaboration functions, completed structure and several function models of TeamCenter are analyzed. And PDM system based on TeamCenter is actualized.(2) By customizing TeamCenter system, collaborative system by TeamCenter is realized. (3) It is researched that how to transfer isomerism data in collaborative system. The problem is resolved by 3D data model file—JT that how to transfer isomerism data real time in collaborative system. |
