| The polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer has the advantages of high water reducing ratio and less slump loss for concrete. Research and development of new type of polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer have gotten wide spread attention at home and abroad.In this paper, it has studyed a kind of polycarboxylate superplasticizer with high dispersion and analysised its preparation process and performance.Methyl acrylic acid with three different molecular weight methoxy polyethylene glycol used direct esterification method to synthesize a series of macromolecule monomer methoxy polyethylene glycol undersaturation carboxlic acid ester. It discussed major factors affecting esterfication rate and research use level and effect of different types of the polymerization inhibitor. It chose paratoluenesulfonic acid as the catalyst and ZBM as the organic solvent with low boiling, innocuous. In this paper, there was a change in the traditional way by adding acid in the esterification process. This method is shorted the reaction time and improved the esterification rate.It determined the extent of impact of various reaction by the way of orthogonal testing and studied feeding, temperature, time and other factors to set the best mixing proportion on synthetic process.It showed the characterization of the self-super plasticizer functional groups through the research of infrared spectrum gel chromatography, surface tension, the molecular weight and molecular weight distribution. In addition, it discussed the measuring method for adsorptive capacity of the polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer.Through a series of cement concrete experiment, it indicated that the self-polycarboxlic acid superplasticizer have good dispersive and dispersive retentivity under low mixing. The configuration concrete has good fluidity and the fluid retentivity performance which is the same as overseas product. |
