Human survival cannot do without the atmosphere, the air quality plays a great role in the human healthy. With the development of social economy and continuously progress of science technology the global environment pollution that human survival depends on has become more and more serious, the ecology environment protection has become more serious daily. "Protect the environment," has become common understanding of many noble people.With the enhancement of environmental protection, especially the improved requirement of air quality, the electric dust remover has received more and more concern because of its high efficiency and low energy consumption. It has served a great function in the following fields, such as, electricity, metallurgy, building materials, chemical industry, etc.. But in real practice many electric dust remover can't play its fully function because of several reasons, including the running environment (exhaust gas flowing speed, exhaust gas density, gas temperature, the quality of fired coal), equipment maintenance(High velocity power supply, shaking dust-removing system, production equipment healthy condition,) and bad management condition. Furthermore the dust removing efficiency can't meet the requirement and made a great source waste. Therefore it has become a good significant subject to excavate the management and control potential capability of electric dust remover and apply computer technology and modern control technology into. the electric dust remover and design high efficient and power save one which can adapt to different environment and different condition.This article based its opinion on the dust remove principle of electric dust remover and from the present state and condition of national electric dust remover fields the author comprehensively analyzed the low voltage control system of the electric dust remover (including the shaking system, supply and unload dust system, heat supply system) and its influence on the dust remove efficiency and power consumption. Based on the yearly using and the experience of the electric dust remover the author brought out a design plan of new type of low voltage control system which use Siemens S7-200(CPU 226) as its core. The author also made a software programming and hardware practice. Through the using of PLC(CPU 226)of Siemens S7-200 to develop the serial low voltage control system of large scale electric dust remover and to improve the dust clearing and dust remove function of electric dust remover, and the automatic level of low voltage control system. It can not only reduce the dust in the exhaust gas, make dust removal efficiency keep above 99ï¼…, improve the atmosphere environment, but also can reduce the energy consumption. To study the collecting efficiency of precipitator furtherly, this dissertation talked about the structure of the electric dust and the base principal of corona discharge, as well as the factors that effect the collecting efficiency of precipitator and according this made the neural network model of the collecting efficiency of the electric dust.
