| Whether the resident space is comfortable or not has been one of the important standards to judge the living quality.As the improvement of living level, raising of material and ideological civilization requirements, people wants more about the quality of residence, building a good thermal environment is one part to improve the entire quality of subdistrict.In the past subdistrict construction, developers and designers didn't pay much attention an the thermal environment, or trying less to make it better even they found the environment was comparatively terrible. To satisfy the desire of thermal comfort, residents can only control the indoor thermal environment passively, that makes a lot resource consumed. Taking the physical feel and cost absorb into consideration, people realize the importance of thermal environment in residence space day by day. As the result, how to construct subdistrict with better thermal environment becomes the focal point of developer, designer and resident. As the current situation of national and worldwide resource deprivation, the significance of residence planning as well as the thermal environment analysis has been made prominent.This article based on existing theories and field surveys, try to use the classic physical software——PHOENICS to make simulation analysis of montanic residence in Chongqing. According to the discussion of survey result, put forward sound thermal environment analysis methods toward montanic residence as well as some planning and designing measures for improvement, also post some tissues to make designer master PHOENICS soon and put it to the use of residence thermal environment simulation together with project planning well. |
