The equipment maintenance transition from the regular maintenance to the forecast maintenance is the modern equipment management need. The condition monitor technology based on the forecast maintenance is the essential technology which can guarantee the equipment safe operation and realize the science maintenance. And it is also of great importance affection to grasp the equipment running status and the formulation reasonable service strategy. And the virtual instrument technology becomes an important development of the equipment condition monitor system by its fast, nimble construct, the good man-machine contact surface as well as the formidable digital signal processing ability.This dissertation first describes the reform of equipment maintenance and operation mode, the states quo and development orientation of domestic and foreign monitoring technology, and summarizes the correlative condition monitoring technologies.Then a practical solution is produced by analyzing the status quo of the shipyards in Chongqing waterway Bureau of oxygen and acetylene workstation. That is the reform of traditional independent gas cylinder mode, and realizes the oxygen and acetylene centralized gas distribution group. The program provides the standard of oxygen acetylene shipyard management processes, improve the working environment, and set a basic platform for the computer monitoring.By analyzing the requirement of oxygen acetylene condition monitoring stations and by applying the Virtual Instrument Graphic Software Development Platform (LabVIEW8.2), the state monitoring system is introduced. And based on the Browser/Server network and the DataSocket Remote panel technology the inner enterprise can share the data and achieve the remote browser.Final details of the system hardware and software design of the main tasks. The system achieves the oxygen and acetylene state of the major points of data acquisition parameters, condition monitoring and remote browser. Optimization of internal macroeconomic management, enhance the level of corporate information. Follow-up to the fault diagnosis system is provided for the phased basis.The condition monitor system has succeeded uses in the Chongqing waterway bureau shipyard oxygen and acetylene station, at present system movement stable, condition good, the effect is remarkable. |
