The most effective and realisable approach to enlarge capability of steamer dynamo is to improve cooling technique, which includes choosing cooling medium with good performance and using advanced cooling method.In recent years great evolutions have taken place in cooling technique of dynamo,cooling mediums with good performance(such as hydrogen,oil,water) have been used, direct cooling method has been invented,by which cooling medium can be imported into isolation layer, named dynamo winding internal cooling technique.The quality of hydrogen oil water system is very important to dynamos'running.The previous dynamo experimentation station belong to Dongfang dynamo factory can't satisfy market demands now, the hydrogen oil water system designed for experimentation station has to be redesigned.According to design request brought forward by Dongfang dynamo factory, the paper designs distributed measure and control system.Because of many and dispersive I/O signals,long distance, complicated field conditions and frequent signal switch,the distributed control system is composed with PC,PLC,data measure devices and field bus.PC takes charge in manage concentratively,PLCs control field devices, field datas are transferred by field bus .The distributed control can overcome signals'attenuation and disturb in long distance transfer process.For measure and control system design, using PC manage PLC and data measure devices concentratively, the three distributed station is managed and harmonized by PLC,experimentation devices'parameters can be managed and scouted realtimely. Using DP net in data transfering to avoid system paralysis when any equipment has malfunction,which makes the system has dependable perfomance.For electric control system, designing main circuit blueprint and control circuit blueprint according to each subsystems'technics.In order to avoid damnification to field electrical devices,using necessary protective method. PID arithmetic is used in PLC control to achieve anticipative control result of system parameters.Then the design is used into engineering project, corresponding field devices are choosed consistent with our design, and data measure and control nets are established.In field debugging doing some necessary modification according to actual conditions and factory's request,and passing check and accept.At last the paper analyzes problems appeared in system debugging,and bring forword some ideas about ameliorate.
