With the development of the society, the modern arts have gradually lost their traditional characters, and also the architecture, many traditional architecture and traditional culture are disappearing faster and faster in the"aggiornamento"course. In order to solve this crisis, we should carry out to research regional architectures originating from different cultural background, develop regional cultures, refines the achievements in the construction technology and art, and make them be inherited and developed. This is a very good way.Based on above viewpoint, this thesis has conducted the detailed research on"the Ancient Architecture near Green Dragon Cave" in Zhenyuan in Guizhou province. It is located on the Zhonghe Mountain of Zhenyuan, near the Wuyang River. It starts to construct in Ming Dynasty, and has more than 600 years history. It includes a Buddhist temple, a Daoist temple, a school and a clubhouse. It is the local important matter cultural heritage, and is the historical monuments and culture relics under state protection from 1988.It appears under the many kinds of cultural. In construction processing, it unifies the tradition construction form of Zhongyuan and the Diaojiao floors form of the house in Miao nationality and Dong nationality. Well, under the influence of the region culture and the terrain, it has many unique regions characteristics in the aspects of the layout of construction, the fusion of construction and environment, the molding of construction space, the design of construction and the utilization of decoration technique. And these enable the Ancient Architecture to have the extremely high research value. So, it is called"the museum of ancient construction in Guizhou province". Through research to it, the thesis makes every effort to excavate unique region culture which the ancient architecture contains, and to summarize achievements in the construction technology and art.The thesis takes it as the main vein that analyzes the Ancient Architecture's own construction phenomenon, and takes it as the concealed branch that contrasts other type of traditional constructions. In this way, the content changes richly, and the altitude changes highly.In the beginning of the thesis, the author has analyzed politics, the economy, the military and the culturing condition in Zhenyuan by collecting the historical literature and the related data, and investigation in locality. The author also summarizes the background and the cultural source which the Ancient Architecture were constructed and outlines its development path. So, the reader can have the approximate understanding to its developing process. In the middle part of thesis, there are four chapters. The first two chapters have analyzed the base selection, layout of group, the feature of space, from whole to partial, from subjective to objective, and from perception to rationality, in order to find out the method of how to manage physiognomy, how to inosculate environment, how to figure the space. The last two chapters have analyzed the typical wood construction and repair procedure, on the base of Qing Shi Ying Zao Ze Li and Ying Zao Fa Yuan. In the last part of the thesis, it has dig out the culture of connotation in phenomenon and the big achievements in the construction technology and art, through the result of researching above. At last, the author proposed the scholarly research value and traveling resources development value, in view of this research.Author wants to not only learn the method of research traditional building, but also find out some practicability worth which can be used in design and research work in today, through the process of research, in order to inherit and develop native traditional.
