With the increasing consume of energy resources. The country pay more and more attention to save on energy technology. It has put forward for using high-voltage frequency converter at utmost extend. The high-voltage frequency converter is an exclusive electric appliance that can realize stepless timing of high-voltage electromotor and satisfy electromotor timing control for space require in the course of product craft. The abroad apply of high-voltage frequency converter have important meaning for improve the quantity and quality of products, economized on energy and reduce the cost.In the secondary winding of multi-winding shift-phase rectify transformer have a phase difference, so realized mulriple input. So it is can clear up the harmonic pollution of electricity net which caused by each cells of frequency converter. It is an very important composing part for high-voltage frequency converter become"green"electronic product.In this article .A comprehensive research on the multi-winding shift-phase rectify transformer of high-voltage frequency converter. The main items as follow:1. Summarized the research status and development tendency of the multi-winding shift-phase rectify transformer, introduced the action of multi-winding shift-phase rectify transformer in the high-voltage frequency converter.2. Analyse the shift-phase principle of the multi shift-phase rectify transformer. Simultaneity. Research the reasons, result and how to solve of excitation flow of multi-winding shift-phase rectify transformer.3. Analyse the main parameter calculate and design the frame of ZTSG—530/6 shift-phase rectify transformer. The electromagnetism design software have been empoldered of the multi shift-phase rectify transformer by the Visual C++.4. The multi shift-phase rectify transformer's electromagnetic field have been analyzed in detail .And used Maxwell 3D to analyze the ZTSG-530/6 shift-phase rectify transformer's static transient electromagnetic field .5. In terms of the design and got specimen , Test the specimen and got the test data .The test data,calculative result of electromagnetism design software and result by FEA are compared. Convinced the validity of the designed specimen data.
