Electromagnetic induction heating riveting is a new kind of riveting process and has been employed in aerospace industry. It is a key technique to be used to solve problems such as riveting of high strength rivets, large diameter rivets, composite structures etc. Heating riveting equipment in our country is not good enough to be used.Researches have been done on soft and hard platform of aircraft electromagnetic induction heating riveting system controlling system of low voltage electromagnetic riveting equipment in this dissertation, by means of high performance micro processor,magnitcal inductio,power electronics technology. Research achievement as bellow:Answer to problems and status of our aircraft heating riveting, put forward a kind of heating riveting meathod base on theory of electromagnetic induction. Aimed at key technique difficult problem, presented a detailed solution and construction of the electromagnetic induction heating riveting system.The basic principals of the resonant tank and the two main topologies are analyzed indetail. This paper select the series-resonant inverter because it is more suited to the electromagnetic riveting system. Parameters of main inverter circuit are designed and debugged detailedly.For functional demand of Riveting, The hardware platform and interface module of the system has been set up by taking the DSP as the kernel. Based on the DSP software research platform, the dissertation studied and designed the software system of the system. The whole system has passed the debugging and met the requirement of the magnetic induction heating riveting system.Based on theory and practice, completely analyzing self-tuning extremum seeking optimum control theory, successfully applied the theory in automatic following resonance frequency. Which make automatic following resonance frequency simple,improved thermal efficiency and stabilization of the system.According to the requirements, designed the structure and composition of the aircraft electromagnetic riveting gun. Elaborated on the parameters and production process of the heating coil and achieved the integration of heating and riveting.
