New Type Of Half-suspended Structure System And Application

In addition, its architectural composition is flexible, it is easy to create big space, can satisfy architect's innovation requests; the speed of constructing is more quick; the floor area is small; can build constructions across the street; in material application, it can fully make use of the material strength. Also, the suspended structure can be applied in renovation of old buildings etc. The most two common forms of suspended structure are frame suspended structure and tube suspended structure. A new structuresystem-half-suspended structure , is introduced in this article on the base of thelatter one, and its constitution and applied range are also introduced. A practicalproject-A bed of Dalian oversea mansion is chosen as an analysis object, and itwas changed into half-suspended structure while its original structure is an external steel frame-inner reinforced concrete tube structure, under the premise of without changing its plane and facade size and other basic size. Then some comparative finite element analysis is performed between the two different styles of structures, resorting to ABAQUS finite element analysis software. Some conclusions are got as follows.1. Compared with traditional suspended structure, half-suspended structure has some unique merits. First, the integrity and stability of half-suspended structure is much better. Second, the stress of suspended truss reduces one half. Third, the floor is stabler. So, half-suspended structure is a structure system which has a good prospect for development.2. The static response characteristics of half-suspended structure are very close to those of frame tube structure. This indicates that concrete inner tube structure plays the pivotal role. It also prove this structure's realistic feasibility, can satisfy the code request.3. Half-suspended structure has good earthquake-resistance performance through elastic. It can be applied in the area where the earthquake needs to be considered.4. For the function of vertical earthquake, the acceleration and the displacement response of half-suspended structure is much bigger than those of frame tube structure, but is much more smaller than its horizontal earthquake response. So, it does not play the control action in structure analysis.
