| As a new type of building structure system,CFRP cable suspended structure combines frame structure,suspended structure and high performance CFRP cable organically.The CFRP cable suspended structure fully utilizes the physical and mechanical properties property of high-strength CFRP material.The corrosion and fatigue problems of common steel cables are avoided,and the harmony and unity of architecture,structure and art are realized.The frame suspended structure forms the large space in the room and solves the contradiction between the building function and the structure.In this paper,the design and construction of the first CFRP cable frame suspended building was studied in theory and test.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,this paper introduces the characteristics and development of the suspended structure,and the design of the CFRP cable suspended building demonstration project.Because the new frame suspended building cross a two story building structure,the design must ensure the minimum impact on existing buildings and landscape.In order to reduce the weight of the whole building,shorten the construction time and improve the seismic performance of the building structure,the main frame of the suspended structure is made of steel structure.At the same time,the CFRP cable is used instead of the traditional steel rod.The CFRP cable mechanical clamping anchorage and bonded anchorage are developed.GFRP plate floor and CFRP grid bars are used in construction instead of ordinary concrete floor and steel bars.Secondly,the design and test of CFRP cable anchorage assembly are studied in this paper.The CFRP ribbed bar and the CFRP round bar are used in the demonstration project.According to the relevant specifications,the mechanical clamping anchor and the anchor anchorage assembly are designed.The two kinds of CFRP cable used in the demonstration project are studied respectively to ensure the safety in the practical application.The CFRP cable is installed in the suspended structure,and the prestress application of the CFRP cable is carried out through the tensioning device.The force of the cable is monitored by a pressure sensor.Thirdly,the natural vibration characteristics of the CFRP cable suspended structure are analyzed and the related experimental research is carried out.The ABAQUS finite element model of the CFRP cable suspended structure is established,and the natural vibration characteristics of the structure are studied.After the completion of the construction of the demonstration project,the dynamic test is carried out.Through the analysis of the environmental excitation and data analysis,the structural modal shape,the structural damping ratio and the natural frequency of the structure are obtained.The stress and deformation of the important components such as the suspended girder,the CFRP cable,the frame column and so on,are studied in the CFRP cable suspended structure,which ensures the safety and stability of the structure.Finally,Single segment and multi-segments CFRP cable mega frame vibration reduction suspended structure are designed.The design points of the main structural components are briefly introduced.FEM Models are built and the dynamic characteristic and seismic response of are analyzed.The structure frequency,vibration characteristics and the effect of earthquake magnitudes of mega frame vibration reduction suspended structure are analyzed.The vibration reduction effect of the mega frame suspended vibration reduction system in high rise and super high rise buildings is verified.Theoretical analysis and experimental study show that the suspended vibration reduction system has good vibration reduction performance,which is helpful to improve the safety of the structure. |
