With the rapid development of the wiring industries, the quality of the capability during the interface of two contact conductor will affect the credibility of this wiring directly. Contact resistance of the interface is a mostly parameter of assessing the capability of contact point. Good contact capability means that contact resistance is little and steady. Electrical phenomenon which that is contact resistance is an important index during the interface. It is important of researching contact resistance.In this paper, we chose the interface between copper and aluminum testing pieces as the object to experiment and research. Research is based of experimentation and measuring parameters is the basic problem which has to been settled during experimentation of interface resistance. Contact resistance is small milliohm resistance. There is much factor which affects this contact resistance. And this factors which interact on each other make the research on contact resistance complex. So the means which measures contact resistance is very complex relatively. This paper has analyzed means which measures contact resistance from nation and overseas countries and provided measure means which two rank surging circuit creates impulse current. And designed measure system by ourselvesThe measure system mainly is made of 24 bit data collection MCU ADuC845. And the measure system collects electric current and pressure in the measure loop. We expatiated and analyzed this measure system particularly from hardware and software and data collection software design based of Visual Basic. Because of weak electric current and pressure, signal managing part is adopted AD623 and OP 07 and low-pass. This enhances collecting signal accuracy.We found the factors which affect the contact resistance between copper and aluminum testing pieces by changing the experimental condition and the kinds of loads. Later we did qualitative analysis on the factors and analyzed how factors affect when the electric conduction happened. We have gained measure data and protracted curve. Analyzed interface contact resistance rule from affecting factor cure. We can find that changing load and roughness affect contact resistance differently. When the load is low, roughness is the main affect factor. When the load is middle and weight and has arrive at certain load, this can destroy interface of contact component. The roughness of interface affects contact resistance weakly. So when the load is low, roughness is the main affect factor.
