Research Of The Influence Of Capacitance Current On Current Differential Protection For Transmission Line And Its Compensation Methods

The thesis is focus on the research of The influence of charging current to the differential current protection and the precise charging current compensation in UHV transmission linesBased on the influence of the distributed capacitance current of UHV transmission line on differential current protection, a novel accurate compensation method of capacitance current is proposed in this paper. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed method is superior to the fixed compensation method.
