Spectrum-analysis technique used in Energy Dispersive X-ray FluorescentAnalyzer (EDXRFA) is a method that can improve the accuracy of X-ray instrumentand excavate more deeply spectrum information. It makes up measure error caused bylow resolution of detector. This paper is derived from the geologic investigatingproject "Field X-ray instrument developing and demonstration" (Project NO.1212010560204) of China Geological Survey (CGS). Its contents are based on theresearches of energy dispersive X-ray analysis technique; it expoundsspectrum-analysis technique which is used in in-situ X-ray instrument appropriately;furthermore, complete an energy dispersive X-ray analysis program based on .NETplatform. The main achievements of this paper summarized four points, describesbelow:1. Put forward a new theory of integrating Gauss Regression with Ratio Deductionbased on description their each concept. The theory applied in complicated X-rayfluorescence Spectrum analysis, realized decomposition K_αand K_βcharacteristicpeak of adjacent elements.2. Complete an energy dispersive X-ray analysis program based on .NET platform.Realized the energy-scale, spectrum-smooth, peak-frnd, Spectrum-analysis,element check, product-report, data-storage and so on.3. Analyzed the sample of Cu-Co with this software, achieved quantity-analysis ofeach element. The analysis accuracy of Co is about 8.04 percent (RD).4. The software is based on .NET platform, contains all functions which arenecessary in X-ray analysis, and the analysis effect is obvious. The usageprocedure of this software is simplified and it presents friendly, direct-vision andsimple interface, can be used in the field.
