Steel fiber concrete behaves excellent strength properties and mechanical characteristics, compensates the deficiencies of plain concrete, improves mechanical an in-service performance of plain concrete, is extensively used in many fields, a quantity of experiments and theoretical analysis with steel fiber reinforced high-strength concrete were processed in domestic and international, and studies of basic mechanical properties of steel fiber reinforced high-strength concrete has formed system. Based on the basic theory of steel fiber concrete,through basic mechanical properties experiments of steel fiber reinforced high-strength concrete and punching shears experiments of steel fiber reinforced high-strength concrete slabs , we investigate the effect of the concrete intensity and the steel fiber volume in the ultimate bearing capacity and load-deflection curve and some analysises with interrelated theory has been conducted. The main results are as follows.1. Investigate the effect of the concrete intensity and the steel fiber volume in the load-deflection curve. The results indicate that the deformation of a slab prior to punching shear failure is mainly bending deformation and the mixture of steel fiber hightens the first crack load,rigidity,tensility,limit bearing capacity of reinforced concrete slab.In the base of the experiment results,we introduce the rigidity discounted coefficient to inflect the effect of steel fiber in deflection variety and set up the related formula of load and deflection which is applied to the whole process from loading to destructing.2. Influencing factor of ultimate bearing capacity are investigated through the experiments and get the formulas of ultimate bearing capacity based on the unified strength theory, The agreement of calculation with experimental data is good .The author point out that the deformation of a slab prior to punching shear failure is caused by bending moment and the steel fiber added the early break load,rigidity,tensility,limit bearing capacity of reinforced concrete slab. |
