The reliability calculation of power supply plays a more and more important part in the distribution network planning, building, operating, processing and management of power system. Calculate the reliability applying the reliability theory to the distribution network, and develop the universal distribution network reliability evaluation software according to the reliability computing technology offered scientific basis for the distribution network planning, building, operating and making the operation repair schedule scheme. Reduce the influence on the reliability of the system caused by the unscientific repair plan which can reduce user's outage loss and obtain the enormous economic and social benefits. At present, statistics and report depend on the artificial data entry of the power supply reliability index, which has the problem that the administrative staff's work load is big, the datum is untrue and it can't reflect true level of the index accurately. It is urgent to how to put into less fund and technology and explore power supply reliability index to input, statistics, report with technology online, so that it can prevent from artificial influence factor and huge human resources input and it has a bright future. At the same time, it can realize the true reflection on the electric network, and it can guide the planning, construction and running of electric network. On-line monitoring of dependability can stop the high dependability index caused by false report, find the weakness and the defect of the dependability of the distribution network to administration in time, eliminate the reliable factor, improve the operation level of the distribution network and carry on planning and construction of the distribution network conveniently, etc.The research objects of this paper are calculation method and management of dependability of the distribution network and on-line monitoring of dependability of the distribution network. Calculation method of dependability of the complicated distribution network is researched. In view of the similarity of the network structure of the distribution network and two forks, through preface and all over calendar to go on distribution network upwards and equivalent course downwards preorder behind tree, the dependability calculation of every load of the distribution network is completed. The method of recursive traverse based on the nodal serial number is put forward, whose advantage is that it can be mixed with state estimating of distribution network, trend, short-circuit calculation, optimizing software and calculation software of line loss in the same figure editor's system, it can reduce the development complexity of dependability software of the distribution network, every software can also share the parameter and the operation datum of the network, it can analyze network structure in real time and realize online calculation of reliability of the network. Monitoring system of distribution transformer is studied in Luohe, which can record outage time, start-stop time, accumulation time and number of times, count voltage qualification rate, line-loss and reliability of power supply accurately and offers the necessary datum for examining power supply quality. This system can meet the needs of online monitoring system. Comprehensive administrative system of the dependability of the power system is studied, which includes the realization and application of system, realizes calculation of dependability index and synthetically management, and improves the management level of the dependability of the power system, offers scientific basis for administration. The online monitoring calculation is researched with the calculations. The network operation datum of distribution network is collected and treated through the wireless monitoring system, which is spread to the management information system of user's power supply reliability. Real-time calculation of the dependability index is realized. The theory, method and system that this text proposes are correct, which can be realized.
