Abstract/Summary:
Z-9 military helicopter is more mature kind of helicopter within China. But, it is restricted in its flying weight, so it's capability of campaign is quite limited. To meet the urgent needs of heightening own flying weight and battle across the sea, the transmission power of the Z-9 military helicopter main gearbox and battlefield viability have to be increased as soon as possible. For all the above reason, we need to make improvement design study on the Z-9 helicopter main gearbox, which is the most convenience engineering method. Making improvement design on the basis of the original Z-9 helicopter takes the advantage of lower-venture, less-investment, shorter-period and taking effect quickly, which have great significance on forming the army's fighting force and possessing the powerful armed helicopter quickly.Aiming at a series of questions that be discovered in the process of experimentation in the mill and use in outfield, which is that the allowance of strengthen of tail output bevel gear-set is insufficiency, the plant gear bearing subassembly flake away ahead of schedule and lack capability of lubricate when that meet an emergency and so on, this text will do the research for the improvement reliability and security.First of all, re-design tail output spiral gear-set by use of international universal design, which will enhance intensity of gear rely on enlarging modulus, width and central distance so that entirely resolve the question that the allowance of intension of tail output back cone gear-set is insufficiency. With the fatigue load technique, do fatigue trial run test on re-designed tail output back cone gear-set in provision period, that calculated life-span preponderate over 100 hours to meet the call for use.In order to resolve the plant gear bearing subassembly flake away ahead of schedule, do particularity analysis on configuration and calculation concerning three aspects that are improvement on lubrication, replacing material of main gearbox upper cover to raise capability of equilibration load and selecting the foreign suit plant gear bearing subassembly. The ultimately result proves that purpose could be reliezed.For the sake of improving the capability of survival, insuring lubrication system still keep basic function when inner oil-way of main gearbox has leak or lubrication pump emergence malfunction, thus I proposed the design idea and scheme of emergency lubricating system for main gearbox, the safety and reliability consequently are enhanced to a great extent.In this text: 'The Research for The Improvement Design on The Main Gear-Box for The Z-9 Military Helicopter ", applying of the available experience and fully developed techniques and the necessary check test, do a long-term trial run, fatigue trial run and working life check test on the parts and assembly for the improved the Z-9 helicopter main gearbox. The test results indicate that the performance of the improved Z-9 main gearbox has come up to the desired goal and satisfied the requirement for the high transmission power and battlement beyond sea by increase the flying weight from 4,100kg to 4,250kg.
