In order to meet the requirement of environmental protection and improve the power plant boiler's output of poisonous gas such as SO2,NO etc, it is a important role to develop the efficient and unpolluted circulating fluid bed boiler on boiler industry .But the process of a boiler's combustion is very complicated, there are many coupling variable to exist in combustion system , so it is very necessary to study an adaptive automatic control system of CFB.First, this paper gives a general description of the basic craft flow and principle and analyze the control characteristics about the combustion system of CFB. By 35t/h CFB's craft, it is divided into six part, as well as to descript the six part. The control object and control specification is affirmed.Considering saving cost and satisfying project requirement, we choose the pint-sized DCS of YANHUA which is based on Ethernet, it combines computer technique,control technique and net technique. The supervision,instant control and data acquisition are processed in distributed way. It realizes modern management by distributed system of computer based on Ethernet that data is delivered to management layer.By 35t/h CFB steam boiler project, the rational secure stakeout control strategy,boiler startup strategy,modulation control strategy is given , in particular , by the organon and practical run ,we describe the method that combined the advantage of classical PID control and self-optimum control to keep the combustion in industrial furnace at economical region under different working stages by PID modulation . Non-linear and large stagnant of the process in the process of a boiler's combustion is resolved . It appears the advantage on the environmental protection and energy saving owing to stable work in one heating term .At last the automatic system of the thick gas power transportation which is invented by own company in the removing dust is introduced, control strategy and control program is given. Its stable work and calculation by FLUENT software prove that all kind of guideline and request which is realized by the automatic system accord with design requirement of the thick gas power transportation.
