At present,China is a big country in the world of coal production and coal consumption,coal occupies a major position in china.In the power production,coal-fired power generation has always occupied the main position.The demand for energy is very strong,but fewer and fewer resources and coal supply,make use of low quality coal can not only improve the coal utilization efficiency,but also improve the economic benefits of energy,save coal resources supply in china.In addition,environmental protection has become a major problem in the development of national economy and has become a major problem to be solved.At present,the internationally recognized clean coal-fired technology is the best circulating fluidized bed technology,and supercritical is the inevitable direction of development.Therefore,the combination of low quality coal and supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler has become the development trend.This paper takes Shandong Electric Power Engineering Consulting Institute Co.Ltd.project "Shendong electric power Hequ 2*350MW calorific value of coal power generation new project in the first 350MW supercritical circulating fluidized bed as the main body,with the introduction of advanced technology in the demonstration project in the two aspects of environmental protection and energy conservation,and the traditional technology economy technical comparison.Energy saving:the upper steam feed pump turbine,booster pump and pump coaxial drive integration technology on steam feed pump turbine is lower steam turbine plant can save the isolation spring at the beginning of investment of about 800 thousand yuan,the final factory can save electricity by 0.13%,the annual cost savings of 1 million 800 thousand yuan;the first domestic electric emergency circulating fluidized bed water pump technology,superheater and reheater tubes not only to protect the internal layout,and the use of power driven,by using power driven scheme compared with diesel engine driven scheme to save investment of about 11 million yuan;the main steam pipe and reheat system using comprehensive bending resistance reduction technology,using AFT-Arrow4.0 fluid analysis software,simulation the pressure loss calculation of the main steam system and reheat steam system.THA heat consumption assessment conditions,Omega =2.42%pressure loss coefficient of the main steam system,and increase revenue for the year 329 thousand yuan;=8.67%the total pressure loss coefficient of reheat steam system,the cold reheated steam reheater and reheat steam pressure loss coefficient were 1.45%,4.92%,2.30%,and increase revenue for 252 thousand years yuan.Environmental protection:the use of supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler(CFB)desulfurization and dust removal integrated design,dust removal efficiency of 99.9976%.The actual emissions of sulfur dioxide concentration is less than 35mg/Nm3(dry,6%02),the actual dust emission concentration is less than 10mg/Nm3(dry,6%02),through the acceptance of environmental protection;using supercritical circulating fluidized bed SNCR denitration project,the denitrification efficiency is not less than 75%NOx,the actual emission concentration is less than 50mg/Nm3(dry,6%02),the successful implementation of ultra low emission targets,and through the acceptance of environmental protection.It will provide reference for the development of 350MW supercritical CFB boiler.
