And then made a further discussion about the detail measurement of the key controlling link during the project construction in such aspects: the soil excavation order and the equipment disposition, the establishment of human hole and the air vent, the main construction point of the pump house underground steel reinforcement main structure, the connection processing of the upper and lower structure, the joint measurement of the column and beam and slab, key arrangement of gauging monitoring, construction quality and safety control and so on.
