Since modern society, human society has entered an era of rapid development. The development of science and technology lead to the explosion of population, people assemble to the urban and more and more private cars are used, the urban space is becoming more and more crowded, traffic congestion, lack of living space is getting worse. The demand of living space for people is growing, in order to meet the need of people, people turn the developing direction to the development of underground space. Underground traffic development start very early, and is very effective to relieve the ground traffic congestion problems. With the development of the city, more and more underground engineering is built in the environment with the approaching construction, the underground engineering and the municipal pipeline around, scholars define this kind of underground engineering construction as approaching construction problems. As the underground engineering developing, approaching construction problem has become a very popular topic.Based on the learning of the latest development and research on approaching construction from home and abroad, the main research on approaching construction contents and results are as follows:(1)In this paper, the research method and the theoretical basis of the approaching construction are elaborated, several aspects of the research on the approaching construction are discussed.(2)Based on the underground commercial street on the Changjiang middle street of the City Tongling, the finite element simulation model is built to analyze the influence of the underground engineering construction process between the surface subsidence, the building foundation deformation, the deformation of retaining piles.(3)Based on the analyzing of the model with same parameter of soil, the same distribution of soil layer and without the existing buildings, to analyze the influence of the existing building on the displacement of the soldier pile and the construction member of underground construction.(4)Using the Matlab numerical processing software to program, to calculate the surface subsidence based on Mindlin stress solution caused by the load of underground engineering, compare the results of numerical simulation to get the regular pattern..Through the research, this paper summarizes the displacement rule of the ground settlement, the displacement deformation of the retaining pile and the displacement of the existing structure caused by soil excavation; at the same time, by doing the comparison and analysis, this paper conclude the influence of the existing frame structure to the underground engineering; the computer written in this paper has reference value on the calculation of the ground settlement caused by the load of underground engineering.
