The almost all rapid development of computer science and technology tremendous impacts sectors of the global. Database management for control of bridge construction has also rapidly shifted from the traditional management model to network management model. Today the level of database management has become an important part to measure control of bridge construction. Tries to find a novel and efficient technology of the integration of Web and database to builds a Web database publishing model for the overall application of construction organization, it is very important value to improve the level and quality of control of construction of enterprises.The background of the paper is SuTong bridge 75m span continuous box girder. Using ASP.NET, C# programming language and SQL Server database technology, it designed a Graduate Cultivate Scheme Management System on Web- database, researches the implement technologies of data acquisition, data analysis and data enquiry. It formulates the key technologies of implementation procedure of system structure, function. Eventually, offers a application system of web database to managerial department of control of construction. The system inputs coordinate and camber of box-type girder's every segment to database. With theoretical value and segment's actual value by measuring in matching production, it can compute the shaped segment's space-position on the matching location after the necessary error correcting. The main contents are: Summarize the technological development of web database; Introduced the related technologies of short-line match-casting bridge construction; Simply listed the key technologies of research process; Given specification of the design and implementation procedure of system aims, functions, structure.
