At present, China's energy situation increasingly urgent. The energy efficiency is the basic way of saving the problem. The building energy consumption have a greatly scale in the national total energy consumption, and showed an increasing trend year by year .The building energy efficiency also become more and more important. Thus, the research and statistics of building erengy consumption, is of great practical significance.Xi'an is located in cold regions, of four distinct seasons, and its hot summer and cold winter weather feature is very obvious. Xi'an is very typical model city in the Northern region. Aim at the the actual building energy consumption, the choice of Xi'an residential, office, Shopping center part of the typical three architectural studies of the energy consumption. We used mainly to the scene investigation and field testing methods ,and to collect a lot of data.,analysis on the basis of in research data, and then study on the building energy simulation. The existence of these problems and energy saving measures for the initial study and make effective and feasible proposals and measures ,and provide the effective and feasible proposals and measures.Through the researh of building energy consumption in Xi'an ,this paper hopes have a right know the current situation building energy consumption and energy-saving work in the direction of a more objective and comprehensive understanding, But also for energy-saving Xi'an design, operation and provide a strong theoretical guidance and technical support, so as to further promote energy-saving Xi'an contribution to the work of modest contributions.
