Nowdays, semi-rigid material is largely used because of the high strength, low cost and lots of raw materials. It is difference to choose the semi-rigid material for the difference of climate, geology and material in each places. At present, it's single to choose baseroad material in our country's Criterions, at the same time, ignoring the effect of the material's other performance. This paper is based in Shandong jining area, local material is used, and combine with local climate, analyzing semi-rigid material's all kinds of performance, choosing three local typical blending: cement stability macadam; cement stability macadam; synthesis stability macadam. Through a large member of experimentation and data analysis, the physical properties of strength and shrinkage, anti-erosion, frost resistance are researched, and also internal mechanism is analysed. According to theory and experimental research, it's not reasonable to choose baseroad material by concidering one index. In fact, local condition and synthesis performance should be considered to choose material. Through the material research in jining, baseroad material types which in different condition is recommended in jining road.
