| Direct atmospheric condenser technology is a new type of cooling water process, having environmental protection, conservation of water resources, higher overall efficiency advantages and so on. Currently some large thermal power plant has been used in the cooling water of the kinds of technology, and particularly in the coal-rich water of the "three north", the technology used in the plant is more broad application prospects. Atmospheric condenser structure system is very important which support the massive equipment weight and guarantee the normal operation of the plant. Due to the process layout restrictions of the atmospheric condenser structure, the vertical stiffness and quality is serious uneven, that the above is bigger than the below,the structure is contrary to the conventional structure. In order to the structure normal operation, we should consider the different operating conditions in the structural study, such as earthquakes, differential settlement, temperature stress, transient dynamic analysis, harmonic response analysis, spectral analysis, etc. however, with so much work related and its starting point the research is the dynamic properties of the study, and it is the most basic of all research, as well as the most important parameters.This article is pulse testing method used for on-site measurement for four power plants. The first power plant and the second power plant are the single-span structures, the third power plant and the fourth power plant are the three-span structures, while the first power plant, the second power plant and the third power plant are in operation, the fourth power plant is going after an operation. The scene pulsation test divides into three operating modes: longitudinal crosswise vibration, reverse vibration, vertical vibration. Measuring reverse vibration instruments are arranged according to the actual scene on the air cooling platform. Measuring longitudinal crosswise vibration instruments are arranged in the column bottom surface, the column center point, the column top, the air cooling platform top and the top-A. Measuring vertical vibration instruments are arranged on the cantilever edge and the cantilever middle. Using DASP software results the time-domain waveform of each condition and the spectrum analysis of each condition .After data analysis get the cycle, frequency and mode of structure.For the construction of the structure, the on-site measurement method is useful. For the new design structure, it can be used to simplify the mathematical model obtained by theoretical calculations structure of the cycle, frequency and vibration mode. The power plant four use SAP2000 finite element program for the theoretical calculation. In the calculation process, firstly, it is established the plane component finite element model; secondly, it is established the structure model; finally,through modal analysis,it come to structure the cycle, frequency and mode. Analyzing the reasons provide the design parameters and the basis for the future. |
