The direct air-cooled technique of power plants could achieve the aim of recycling utilization for water resources as a water-saving generation technology and it has wide application prospects in coal-rich and water-lacking northern area. At present, direct air-cooled civil structures are mainly designed by foreign companies. So how to apprehend the design intents abroad and make the contrive and construction adapt to china conditions and achieve constant innovation are the problems badly in need of being solved in the process of nationalization for air cooled condenser supporting structures. The facts that this structure has unique configuration and bigger span, In Chinese Standard Load Code for the Design of Building Structures (GB50009—2001) makes the detailed stipulation by no means to this kind of large-scale structure on the function of temperature load. So that it lead to the uncertain of many parameters in the temperature action design up to now. Therefore it plays an important role in the study of temperature load.This paper takes the air cooled condenser supporting structures as the research object, studies the structure performance under the effect of different temperature load applied the value simulation technology .It analyses the influence factor of the structure distortion under the temperature function and put forward some proposals to the structural design.This article used the large-scale software ground to the air cooled condenser supporting structures to carry on the simulation under the temperature load function to the entire structure. Obtained the thermal distortion and the temperature stress to the A support, steel truss, the platform and the tube column and has analyzed the combination effect on the temperature function and the dead load, the live load and the wind load.Finally contrast the value result with other load function, discovered the temperature affects noticeable, the partial members the stress is very big under the temperature function. Also the research indicated that, upside the steel structure does not badly influence the lower part concrete pipe column under the temperature function thermal distortion. Through to the platform structure under the temperature function analysis, thought that: The temperature stress is bigger in the girder construction strut plane member; the temperature stress is bigger nearby the support; there for lease thermal distortion may effectively reduce the temperature stress.
