The Residential Needs Of Social Vulnerable Groups

Vulnerable groups is a universal phenomenon in any era, any society, the degree of attention on the vulnerable groups embodies a level of civilization, reflects the work of the social protection on the vulnerable groups is gradually becoming institutionalized, regular, community, social and plays an irreplaceable role for the maintenance of social stability, promoting reform and opening up and modernization driving. The residential needs of vulnerable groups is got less attention or ignored in reality, resulte of many problems in the actual living. Architects need study the living behaviors and residential needs of vulnerable groups, for the harmony of our community.This study is targeted at the vulnerable groups, for the vulnerable groups are such a special social community, not only the caring service network development is hungrily needed, the hardware facilities must be paid much concern too. Only in this way, we can really guarantee the life quantity and living quantity of the vulnerable age groups, and then increase both the social civilization degree and the national improvement velocity. Especially our country steps into the aging community, as the problem became increasingly serious in recent years, how the dwelling design to resolve the problems and meet the demand of the aged becomes an urgent social problem.This study sets out of the aichitecture design direction, linked with other related knowledge such as the Gerontology, Pedagogy, Medicine and psychology of environment, the Field investigation, shooting and questionnaire investigate research and has also been used. All of these researches are firstly aiming at the problems existed now in current living environment design of the vunerable groups. The second thing, from the elements of resident design, is to analyse systemly the residential needs of the vunerable groups to look for homologous counter-plan and the most reasonable artifice to solute those questions.The main part of this treatise is made up of three parts: The second charpter focuses on the characteristics of the vunerable groups' life, those following substances are discussed: the data of human's body work which concerns the vunerable groups, physiological and psychological characteristics, and investiges the problems on the residential needs the vunerable groups. The third charpter analyses the residential needs of the vunerable groups in rhe surroundings of the housing and residence. The forth and fifth chapters sorts and studies the environmental elements, which could influence the vunerable groups' residential leve, sets out of the aichitecture design direction and summaries the feature of of the residential needs, combined with the research data and theoretical research. And discuss how to create an appropriate learning and game space for the children and good pension environment for the elderl. By this way, the characteristics of this core behavior can be summed up, and the qualitative analysis to the related influence factors can be done.
