The technology of connecting rods fracture splitting detection is an important part of fracture splitting process, and it is also an important guarantee of fracture splitting technology. It means the evaluation of product quality is lack theory basis. This paper has mainly researched a detection system to detect the splitting speed and the splitting force. The splitting speed and the splitting force are important parameters of fracture splitting process. Based on this concept, National research to revitalize the old northeast industrial bases in Northeast China and other special topics. The main task and the achievement had been done as follows:1.According to the campaign trend of the connecting rods in the fracture splitting process, design the program of detection system. The hardware is composed by pressure transmitter, displacement sensor, data acquisition card, computer and printer.2.Linkage analysis of the fracture splitting technology, detection system of data acquisition interface composition, introduced in Visual Basic (VB) software platform for the development, acquisition, use Visual C + + to build dynamic link library (DLL), calling VB DLL function of the realization of projects related to data collection.3.Established under the Visual C + + DLL, and the basic framework consists of three functions: importing function, since the definition of the function function and export function. 4.Analyse the signal from sampling theorem, including signal conversion, the signal loss from sampling process and coding. Establish a main data acquisition interface, signal generator to produce the standard sinusoidal signal to analog input, receive real-time data acquisition curve, the more desirable.5.Through sampling theorem and PCI-7422 data acquisition card of the technical requirements, estimation sampling system signal sampling period.6.Research the Kalman filter suitable for the computer to calculate the recurrence equation, not store large data, signal non steady, dynamic system can be changed when the merits of the Wiener filter to overcome the limitations, in the project to be widely used.7.Analysis one of the most important branches of Kalman filter estimation theory and Kalman filter of principle, valuation the Kalman filter optimal conditions .Based on this study and know the Kalman filter is composed of the news process, measurement and filtering process corresponding to the process model, given a set of linear unbiased minimum mean square error of recursive formula.Research on the detection system of fracture splitting machine is of great significance on automobile industry, engine industry, improved product quality and production technology. At the same time filled up the blank of the country, save money and impelling the industrialization course of the connecting rod manufacture technology.
