In recent years the Precision Agriculture is a hot field in the study of international and domestic agriculture. It is an application of electronic science and engineering technology hit the agriculture. The agriculture intelligence equipment which is developed by electronic information technology can adjust the manage measure according to the situation of the filed in order to optimize the investment. It can make maximal output and the maximal economic effect,protect ecological environment in agriculture, protect land etc. The direct target of precision medicine technology is not raising output only, but to fall off being extravagant by the reasonableness distribution and to maximum the utilization ratio of pesticide, to reduce cost and improve beneficial result; at the same time to reduce the toxic residual in crop product, raising the quality of the crop product. In addition to decrease the risk of environmental pollution that is made by pesticide.The paper overcome the shortcoming of tradition control method-pressure method, adopt the method-control the state of the electromagnetic valve to control shower nozzle's state. And control systematic pressure by pressure sensor to reach the optimization atomizing degree. In this method we separate the control of atomizing degree from control of gushing dosage,carry out a variable gushing medicine while reaching best atomizing effect. The core chip to control the system and process the signal is 32-bit ARM7TDMI processor S3C44B0X of Samsung Company. The processor works on 64 MHz basic frequency, the operating voltage is 2.5 V, low power, low cost. The processor has powerful control function and inner resource, the expanding circuit is simple, it can shorten design cycle time.In the systematic design and debugging job, it has adopted modularized design method, and it not only reduce the debugging work, but also make it easy to procedure.The main job of the thesis is:Use sensor and actuator design of variable rate sprayer controller based on ARM. The content of this part is:(1)This paper completes hardware design of the control system and communicate with speed sensor,flux sensor,pressure sensor and actuator. Its purpose is to provide a reliable and all-around hardware flat to actualize variable rate sprayer technology.(2)This paper programs with assemble language and C language, achieves the function of measure speed,flux,pressure and control of electromagnetism valve which are required by variable rate sprayer system.(3)The system explored in this paper has lower cost, good security, operate expediently and run stably. It can be considered to be a manufacture of controller of automatic variable rate fertilizer as spread and application of variable rate sprayer technology. It is good for application and demonstration of variable rate sprayer technology from the point of economy and technique.This paper completes hardware design,software design and system debugging of the control system in the lab, its action and accuracy have accorded with the request. It has very strong feasibility for the variable rate sprayer.It's a solid foundation of supporting further applies for the national 863 projects and starting variable rate sprayer. Under the topic group teacher and all researchers' diligently hard work, this research topic had already officially obtained national support. Believed the decisive attack research will launch smoothly after summarizing and discovering the system's deficiency.
