Strain equipments of prestressed CFRP sheets are main tools that prestressed CFRP sheets that will be pasted before the surfaces of structures have been pasted. They make glue work well and paste finished, when me withdraw equipments, CFRP sheets have opposite force to the structures that will be pasted by glue and anchor. Although strengthening technology of prestressed CFRP sheets has long history and its theory is mature by far, its practical appliance can be used wildly because of various factors. In fact of these factors, the main reason is the disjoint of anchor and strain equipments and practical work.The first problem is strain equipments in practical technology of prestressed CFRP sheets. The less prestress was exerted, the more in equable carbon fiber is got, prestress is lost seriously. All these have direct relation with strain equipment. The loss strain equipments bring in is 15% or so. According to the results, it's successful. But if we have further improvement to equipments, prestress can be lost less; anchor fix is also an important problem. Usually we use U-shape hoop and its effect is ordinary. But its advantage in simplifying building is general anchor fix in this technology. Other outstanding anchor fix still can't be used widely because of its characterizing and demands. With this technology improving and CFRP sheets generalizing, some equipment have experienced practical test and entered market through simple devices in club and special exploration in practical building. But strain effects that are explored home and abroad are still not so satisfying. At present, there are so many professors invading in exploring, professor Ye lie ping in Qing Hua University, professor Yangyong xin in metallurgy building college, professor Fei wei in Chong Qing logistics engineering faculty and professor Shang shou ping in Hu Nan University and so on. Most of them have explored professional strain tools and these tools have been practical and perfect equipments.In CFRP sheets appliance technology, strain equipments and anchor equipments are necessary devices. Without them, we can't add prestress to CFRP sheets with CFRP sheets widely used, in building, practical building has more demands for its universality, complicacy, veracity and humanity. So according to different needs in practical building and building conditions, we want to improve the development appliance of CFRP sheets technology. It has real sense to design practical, secure, economic, accurate and simple strain device associating with national standard and professional demands.Since prestressed CFRP technology appeared strain devices were developing at the same time. By far several generations have worked hard on it and it is perfect gradually. From some research results, we can see different prestressed CFRP have their own advantages and short comings. Especially some devices, whose pasted parts are opposite force points and whose appliance doesn't go along with its working demands, are still not so perfect. At present known strain equipments have various gauges, different standards and many shortcomings. So me usually choose suitable devices according to practical situations of projects and even explore new strain devices. Because of all these reasons above, most of the prestressed CFRP technology is still operated in lab and this technology is delayed seriously.From previous its application, strain and anchor fix are importanteffective factors, my aim is to improve Prestressed CFRP Sheets, expand it range, and simplify working process. Shorten working time, need practical standards and professional working demands and go along with national standards and professional demands. This article is based on practical situation of prestressed CFRP sheets, compares many known strain equipments and synthesizes its working principles, working efficiency, process technology and working technology. What's more, it also unites national standards, professional demands and mechanical designs. Basing on all theories above, this article presents a new strain equipment of prestressed CFRP sheets and provides reliable anchor-fix measures. By a analyzing its working theory, this equipments simplify operations. A liquid-pressed jack can work continuously and it also has less loss and cost, security and good operation. Anchor-fix efficiency is outstanding especially anchor-fix efficiency is outstanding especially anchor-fix port. It plays an important role on improving equipments aptness and practicability and promotes its generalization and appliance of reinforce and reparation technology. It adds many kinds of working machines, widens its appliance range and promotes technological development of prestressed CFRP sheets.This article provides theoretical bases on its redesign of prestressed CFRP sheets; it also provides experiments and practical workings with secure, convenient and efficient anchor-fix methods. What's more, it gives some departments and factories that are exploring and making strain equipments strong references and examples.
