The key revolution to disease control is mechanical analysis of asphalt pavement structure. Deflection is the only design index of our country academic calculation, but because compute model is too simple, it can not real reflect the stress condition of road structure, so academic calculation usually inconsistent with the facts. The article adopts the ANSYS to analyze the mechanical responses of asphalt pavement structure.In the checkout equipment aspect, the fiber-optic sensor technique is pay much attention, but it still be placed in the research and development stage, the technique is still not mature and the price is expensive. In the resistance strain checkout equipment aspect, because of modulus difference, it occurs transform inconformity when some checkout equipments applied in the cement concrete is be used to analysis asphalt pavement structure.The article studied sphere of application and performance of checkout equipment, aimed at traffic load and surface material characteristics, researched specified strain sensor of asphalt pavement of semi-rigid base. Past structure design and the circuit design, resolved transform inconformity and eccentric compression and temperature compensation in the traffic and physical condition.Pass to the ANSYS, the article studied the mechanical responses of asphalt pavement structure in the different overload condition. The research indicates stress condition of surface course and base course get improved pass to adjust the base modulus, and the structure has better capability of overload response.Pass to contrast of measure data and ANSYS, analyzed the mechanical responses of asphalt pavement structure. The research indicates that interface conjunction changed form continual conditions to slip when the road transport operation. Analysis indicated that strain sensor specified asphalt pavement of semi-rigid base can analyze The deflection index as the pavement design and quality acceptance inspection can not effectively control road damage. Analysis indicated that strain sensor specified asphalt pavement of semi-rigid base can analyze the mechanical responses of operation road effectively. The article offers a new checkout technique for asphalt pavement stress valuation.
