It is especially important to make the passenger train running plan rationally and scientifically. On one hand, it should satisfy the demand of the passenger transportation market. On the other hand the technical and economic rationality of the passenger train running is more important. It is the urgent affair to set up a set of evaluation index system of integrate passenger train running plan.Based on reading a lot of related literatures the author systematically analyzed staples and influencing factors of the passenger train running plan combining the characteristic of domestic railway dedicated passenger line, brought up the basic principle of complying the running plan based on satisfying travel demand and benefit of the passenger transport enterprise, raised the principle of designating the train travel sections and analyzed the minimal seat utilization from the point of economics.The author designed the arithmetic of calculating the O-D flux , worked out the programme, created the internet applications of distributing the O-D flux of the railway dedicated passenger line, set up a multi-objective programming model of soluting the number of running train and used Lindo to do the model. And then the author used the example explaining the method of calculating running plan.Finally the author built the evaluation index system of the high speed train running plan, evaluated the different running plans according to the theory of multi-level grey comprehensive evaluation and expounded the appliance with the example.The study aimed to provide integrate and scientific method for ascertaining the running plan of passenger dedicated line economically and rationally and evaluating the running plan.
