In along with the Chinese economy fast development, the electric power demand day by day is exuberant in recent years. Newly built design teams are primarily supercritical and ultra supercritical units. But turbine steam flow excited vibration problem is the common problem of these big capacity units, threatening the unit's security and economy seriously. The article has theoretically thoroughly introduced the mechanism and the characteristic about the steam flow excited vibration occurrence with analysis of the massive domestic and foreign big units' steam flow excited vibration examples. Then the author has taken part in the national essence #1 unit's steam flow excited vibration of GuoHua Suizhong Power Generation Co.Ltd program, and according to the successful example has carried on the analysis to the result that to change the open order and opening of CV and ICV valves is an effective method to solve the problem.The present paper finding will provide the important experience to the big capacity unit's steam flow excited vibration question solving method. |
