The background of this paper comes from the analysis and treatment of vibration problem on #1 bearing pad belong to #5 set of ZhenXin plant. Based on the theory research of steam flow excited vibration and many field experimentation, we conclude that the vibration on the #1 bearing pad dues to the steam flow excited vibration. Then the problem solved well by performing proper treatment. The following main contents are contained:The rolling bearing and shafting movement, the usual vibration shape, the characteristic of usual rolling bearing and its influence on the shafting stability are analyzed.Based on widely collected domestic and foreign information, the excited vibration forces caused by the eccentric buckets are quantitatively analyzed. As a result, the universal measures are proposed to deal with the steam flow excited vibration.By simulating the unit shafting, the methods to calculate the shafting stability are analyzed.Lots of experimental detail data are got by the synthetic experimentation on the vibration of 200MW turbo-generator set, which contributes important theoretical and practical evidence to the judge and treatment on the similar problems with other units.
