Prestressed bottom chord shuttle shape spatial truss is a new kind of prestressed structure form which was used in Chengdu International Meeting and Exhibition Center. Combined With Chengdu International Meeting and Exhibition Center project, prestressed buttom chord shuttle shape spatial truss is studied in detail in this thesis. The relevant contents are as following:(1) Calculation method of prestressed buttom chord shuttle shape spatial truss is discussed and simplified calculation method is put forward;(2) Mechanics behavior is studied on prestressed buttom chord shuttle shape spatial truss and function of prestress in the structure is discussed;(3) Based on mathematic programming theory, optimization design method with accessorial construction state restriction is put forward. Then the method is testified by the model of prestressed buttom chord shuttle shape spatial truss;(4) Coupling nodes method is put forward in order to simulate the glide of prestressed cable in bottom chord, and parallelism is made between the coupling nodes method and the simplified calculation method;(5) Simulative method is discussed for the realization of prestress in prestressed buttom chord shuttle shape spatial truss, and correlative APDL program is worked out. The program also can be used in other prestressed structures such as prestressed plane cable-arch structure;(6) Spatial truss, prestressed spatial truss and prestressed plane cable-arch structure is widely used in the large-span roof structures, in order to find the economic span of three structures, cost curves are drafted;(7) At the end of this thesis, some optimistic design parameters are suggested and some valuable comments are proposed for reference.
