| Beam string structure is a new type of structure that has developed from 1980s. It is a combination of beams, cables and struts, which belongs to a prestressed steel structure.At present, beam string structure is more focused on such a method that designed by the guidance of the former experience, The designers assume that the component section sizes, prestress, structure layout of the beam string structure,and then, have a structural analysis, and then check the structural strength and stiffness and stability.This design method is more complicated, and it may be unreasonable. Under this condition, structural optimization design tools provide a reference for the rational design of beam string structure.Prestressed beam string structure is to make the structure more reasonable, and can save steel, reduce weight and costs, while using structural optimization design is for the same purpose.Therefore, the combination of the optimization of structural design and the prestress makes a better meet of the safety and can get a more economical structure at the same time.Based on the previous studies,this paper has discussed form-finding analysis, prestress introduce method, the optimization of section sizes and the optimization of cable shape for beam string structure.Main contents:(1)Based on the three forms of BSS definition, this paper has introduced how to use the inverse iteration method for form-finding analysis, and then used ANSYS to find the zero state by inverse iterative analysis;(2)This paper has established the math model of the component section sizes optimization considering prestress,and then used genetic algorithm to calculate by MATLAB programming;(3)This paper has established the math model of the component section sizes optimization and cable shape optimization considering prestress.On the basis of the prepared-program of section sizes optimization,this paper has conducted program modifications, the model calculation and analysis. |
