The control system of rare-earth permanent magnet brushless DC motor (PMBLDCM) has extensive applications in industry servo system and speed regulation system due to its excellent performances. This dissertation is focused on a control scheme for high-speed PMBLDCM based on ADSP platform, and the system debugging is described in detail.The paper presents a speed regulation system using ADSP. The high performance of ADSP-21992 makes the system feasible for high-speed BLDCM control, and the double-close-loop control strategy endows the system with excellent static and dynamic performance. Then, the thesis elaborates the detailed design of the control scheme, including the design of the main circuits, the choice of the ICs, and the realization of digital PI regulators, different PWM strategies, etc.After completing the whole design of hardware and software, the speed regulation system is applied to a BLDCM for vehicles. According to different PWM frequencies, three groups of experiments are done and the experimental results are theoretically analyzed and contrasted. Besides, the best PWM frequency is studied at the last part of the paper, and also some improved suggestions are presented aiming at those problems existing in the former designs.
