In this article, a part of study on the static parameter measuring system for large-scale projectile is described; it is a measuring system for run-out error and geometrical parameter of rocket bomb. After consulting many works on the same subjects at home and abroad, a whole measuring project is designed with the research and the needs. It is a comprehensive project, which involves several fields such as Optics, Mechanics, Electronics and Computer.In this paper, The measuring project which based on photoelectric technology is designed. The measuring principle and method of each dimension parameter are introduced respectively. By way of grating measurement, its measurement system makes it come true that geometrical parameter's high precision measurement of rocket bomb. According to the system design of each dimension parameter, further study in the accuracy analysis is discussed. Run-out error measuring accuracy<0.01mm, length measuring accuracy<0.1mm, diameter measuring accuracy<0.01mm.Though the theoretical analysis, the design of the measurement system is reasonable and has technical feasibility, and the precision is also adequate.
