The Research On Standard Management Information System In Power Supply System

The paper introduced the basic theory of system engineering and the concept of standardization system engineering. Base on these determined the compositon of the standard system and standardized working system of power supply enterprise. Through analyzing the current standards management mode of power supply enterprise provided a assume to build standards management information system. The system used C/S and B/S mode, used Delphi7.0 as the specific database front-end development software and Oracile9i as the back-end database management system. The whole system based on three-level structures, which are connected according to different correspondence agreements such as SOCKET,HTTP .etc under the .NET environment. This system has six modules: structure, code management, standards management, standards inquire, standards flow, authority management. They can realize follow function: draft, revise, abolish, browse, inquiry standards. The system has operated in Hebei Hengshui Power Supply Enterprise successfully, make standards management microcomputerization and cyberization.
