Missile rudder is the core component of missile flight controlling system, which is a high precise position servo system in nature.The basic operating principle and demand of actuating motor is analyzed, and Switched Reluctance Motor (SRM) is adopted as the actuating motor for the first time, which has simple structure, excellent performance, fault tolerant characteristic and so on. The high performance control of SRM is deeply studied. It overcomes some defects that the change of SRM's control methods is complex and system has torque ripple, and makes the motor obtain fine torque control performance. Simulation results show the efficiency of DTC.The missile rudder servo controller adopts TMS320F2812 as main CPU, IR2110 as drive chip. Each part of main circuit is analyzed in detail. The system adopts asymmetry half bridge structure, which makes the main power converter fault tolerant. The control procedure of system contains position loop, speed loop and torque loop, the torque loop uses DTC technology, the speed loop adopts integrating separated PI controlling strategy, the position loop adopts fuzzy PID control. Simulation results approve that the system shortens response time, reduces over regulation and improves the precision.At last, the paper analyzes factors which could influence system performance are and supplies design evidence for further design.
