The Design Of Autonomous Area Module In Reconfigurable Controller

With the new century coming, the economic competition in the global market is more aggressive. The traditional way of producing can not meet the variable requirement of the market any longer, and the need for Reconfigurable Manufacturing System has appeared.Reconfigurable Controller is one of the most important constitutions for RMS. It is very important for designing a kind of Reconfigurable Controller which can meet the market and fit to RMS.Base on the COM, this paper designs the structure of the Reconfigurable Controller, and introduces the three components: the Reconfigurable Interface Module, Status Coordinator Module and Autonomous Area Module.As the core module of the Reconfigurable Controller, Autonomous Area Module realizes the Information Drive. Many kinds of information which are collected by Information Awareness Module are used to determine the control strategy. Finally it realizes Motion Control, Vision Control, Force Control, Posture Control and so on.
