In the design and construction of mass concrete structures, it is a very important task to avoid concrete cracking, especially during early age. Temperature stress and drying shrinkage stress is the main reason.The simulation theory of mass concrete structures and thermal analysis function of Ansys are discussed in the paper. With second development and advanced skills such as birth and death, Ansys is used to simulate the construction of roller compact concrete. The heat transmission of RCC dam is studied, though 3D-finite numerical simulation and analysis. After research on different building schedules and thermal control plans, the suit one is proposed.Based on the mechanism of drying shrinkage of concrete, the distribution of moisture and the shrinkage stress are discussed in this paper. With reasonable parameters, the value of humidity and shrinkage stress are worked out. The couple of thermal and humidity are studied.The conclusions of this paper are helpful to the temperature control of mass concrete structures.
