Cracks in concrete bridge is a common engineering problems which is difficult to solve. Cracks in concrete bridge is the concentrated expression of the bridge defects.Under harsh natural conditions in Xinjiang, especially in terms of mass concrete bridge is easy to appear crack, fissure and other cracking phenomenon. Once the cracking of concrete bridge, it will have a huge impact on durability, integrity, the entire life of the bridge will also greatly reduce. For the repair of cracks later, the maintenance costs will also be very expensive. Therefore, how to to carry out the crack resistance of concrete bridges,has important theoretical and practical significance.At first this survey has done a large number of field research about the concrete bridge cracks in Xinjiang region, and analyzed the causes of cracks, fracture characteristics, crack development and the influencing factors.In connection with the Guozigou bridge which is at high altitude, large snow in winter, wind and fast cooling, clear the durability grade of different structural parts of the bridge in which the work environment, corrosive environment; Combining with the reasons and mechanism of the concrete Bridges in the area,select the raw materials of concrete bridge project, using self-developed test instrument of research group and make a key research about the role of structural damage on a large concrete plastic shrinkage, drying shrinkage. At first mainly consider the impact of the concrete under the variation of different components of the contraction, revealing the regularity for change of early shrinkage Parameter and to determine concrete composition parameters of different parts of the bridge in Xinjiang region; At the same time the temperature control of concrete cracking on the bridge were also researched, and come up with the cold areas proposed bridge concrete temperature control measures and standards, and make temperature monitoring on the pile cap, pillar base and tower of concrete site Finally, comprehensive theoretical analysis and experimental data, presented the concrete crack control measures on this basis,and provide technology decision making for the future governance of the Diseases of bridges.
