Recently, the ecological restoration of river widely obtains gradually in the actual project applies. However, the ecological restoration technology took one newborn product, has it imperfect one side, still had many pending solutions technical question. Among them, vegetation's existence produces very tremendous influence to the river course current of water structure, it has become the general scholars and the researcher daily matter of concern, it is necessary to conduct the thorough research and the discussion.The paper detailedly reviewed domestic and foreign research results in the vegetation river course current of water question, and carries on model experimental study to the water characteristic that has commonly used vegetation in the river ecological restoration. Used three-dimensional Acoustic Doppler Velocimeter(ADV), has carried on different operating mode, different position gauging to the fluent instantaneous flow field in the rectangular water trough under sole or dual vegetation function, and has analyzed the water level change, the direction of plumb line speed of flow distribution rule as well as the relative turbulence intensity, the Reynolds stress and so on the distributed situation around the planter vegetation, then has carried on the contrast to under each kind of operating mode different test result. Has carried on the theoretical analysis with the submerged and non-submerged vegetation resistance to water flow. Has carried on the qualitative analysis on the model vegetation and the prototype vegetation's flexure curvature ratio of similitude ruler relations, pointed out it may achieves the resistance similar effect through control the vegetation the change unit area in whole planter density to cause the model and the prototype to the fluent resistance size, and has given the attribute vegetation flexural rigidity parameter definite method, has solved the ratio ruler quantification question with model vegetation and the prototype qualitatively.
