Development Of Detecting System For The Electric Operator Of Helicopter

This thesis makes use of embedded structure, adopts the techniques of single-chip computer, computer and virtual instrument to design a detecting system for the electric operator of helicopter. This equipment solves some problems of the old detecting system like low automation, low measure accuracy and reduces the influences of the people.The original means of detection to the electric operator is manual work .That is inefficient, and have big error. When measuring the electric operator performance parameter, we find that the instrument which use to measure voltage and current is still the simple voltmeter and amperemeter, and the instrument to measure weight is the weight, and the instrument to measure length is a fixed steel ruler, and the method to measure time is using a stopwatch, and the results are recorded by hand in the whole process.This thesis is a detecting system that can detect multi-parameter of the electric operator. This system can measure the parameters of the electric operator and export the statement, analyze and process the data of the result. This detecting system can complete all above operations on the test-bed. The system adopts anti-interference technique such as shield, insulation etc, and applies the methods of software filter to insure the accuracy and the stability.This article states the aspects of the measure principle, general design, hardware design,software design, anti-interference design, data analysis and processing, and so on. The author has not only completed the setup of the system and hardware design, but also completed the debugging of the whole system.A set of this system has run successfully in the Chang he Aircraft Industries Group Co. It provides a advanced examination equipments for the examination and control of electric operator product quality.
