In order to realize railway transport high-speed strategy, it's necessary to check over reliability of new-type 120Km/h freight car bogies and their parts. New-type 120Km/h pendulum bogies have advanced technology and excellent operation quality. Their dynamic performance was satisfied with freight car speeding-up requirement. They can install in different type vehicles and undergo operation test. But it is indispensable to check further their structure reliability and operational reliability. So Ministry of Railways organized 120Km/h high-speed freight car reliability test in HUANXINGXIAN. In the dissertation, it was researched to system reliability of pendulum bogies k4 and k5 based on this test.Firstly, based on measuring dynamic stress of pendulum bogies'parts by 120Km/h reliability test, the rainflow of stress counting was done. And then the stress spectra were done through simple grouping; Statistical parameters about fatigue life were got by nominal stress method, based on linear cumulative damage theory and p-s-N curve. According to linear regression method, their life distribution rules were found.System reliability model was established after getting life distribution rules of critical parts of bogies. The dissertation, to use the model, in virtue of MATLAB, calculated system confidence level at specified life by Monte Carlo method.
