And it getting worse. In 2002, there are 773 137 accidents in total, with 109 381 people dead, 562 074 people injured, and 3 324 million Renminbin lose. Compare with 2001, the four criterions has changed 2.41%,3.26%,2.85%,7.66%. And there is a prominent character that the run-off-road accidents take a large scale.Monotonous stretches of straight line, long time driving or drunk makes people tired and sleepy, in weary condition, the sense organs' sensitivity decrease, attention disperse, the judgment ability drops, and this causes the driving movement not to be flexible, the rhythm is out of balance, then it is easy to induce the run-off-road accidents. This paper based on the driver's request for the riding comfortableness, create a design theory for some safety facility, it can change the driving condition, prevents the run-off-road accidents from taking place. We call it sound and vibration strips.The sound and vibration strips can change the vibration and sound environment. And the sharp change of the vehicle vibrating and noise in the capsule make the people feel uncomfortable, then they may get clear-headed.So we study the vibration and sound, based on people's uncomfortable feelings to vibration and sound, establish the vehicle model, analysis the influence to the vibration and noise by geometry size in different vehicle type or speed, then we can establish the design theory.
